The manufacturer of Underground LHD introduces the knowledge about the safety system of underground work of electric LHD. In order to avoid unnecessary accidents, the electric LHD must strictly abide by the following safety systems when working.

(1) Before working, the driver must carefully check the components and working environment of the electric LHD, and then operate according to the operating procedures.

(2) Due to the limitation of underground working conditions, it is strictly prohibited to stand in front of and behind the electric LHD, stop on the transport road and stack other machines and articles in the work site.

(3) When lifting the motor arm of electric shovel, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the arm, and the maintenance can only be carried out with the reliable support of sleepers.

(4) During inspection, repair and refueling, all parts of the machine must be completely in a static and stable state.

(5) When the machine brake fails, stop the machine for maintenance immediately to keep the brake in good condition.

(6) After parking, cut off the power supply and check whether the parking brake is reliable. The bucket must land. When parking on a ramp, you must block the four wheels with stones.

(7) Non drivers are not allowed to pull the joystick and operate the machine at will.

(8) Disassemble and repair the replacement wheel after bleeding.

(9) Regularly check the tightness of the fastening screws at the shaft end and tire screws to prevent accidents.

(10) During inspection, repair and refueling, the machine must be stopped, the power supply must be cut off, and the bucket must fall to the ground.
