Operating procedures for internal combustion LHD

On December 3, 2021, I. inspection items before starting the internal combustion LHD

1. Check whether the lubrication condition of each lubricating point is good, and grease the lubricating point lacking oil.

2. Check the oil level of the oil tank of the working hydraulic system and the oil tank of the driving hydraulic system. It shall not be lower than the oil standard. If it is low, add oil.

3. Check whether the tire inflation pressure is sufficient and whether the rim nut is loose.

4. Check whether the bolts of the transmission shaft are loose. If so, tighten the bolts.

5. Check the low oil level of diesel oil casing; Diesel tank oil level; Liquid level of battery; Deficiencies should be supplemented and pollution should be replaced.

6. Check whether there are oil leakage points, obvious damage of the whole machine and other obvious places to be repaired.

7. Check the tightness of the fan and engine belt of the diesel engine.

8. Before starting for the first time, operate the manual oil transfer pump to discharge the gas in the fuel system.

2、 Starting procedure of internal combustion LHD

1. After the above inspection, check whether the walking foot control valve is in the middle position and turn the diesel engine throttle to the idle position.

2. Close the main switch.

3. Sound a few horns to inform that it is ready to start.

4. Turn the key switch clockwise to the start position; If preheating is required, pull it to the start position after 2 ~ 3 seconds.

5. After startup, check whether the reading of the instrument is normal, the reading of the pressure gauge of the make-up oil pump should be 1.5-1.75mpa, whether there is abnormal sound in each part, whether the braking is reliable, whether each hydraulic system leaks oil, whether each joystick is flexible and reliable, and whether the working device works normally.

3、 Starting and LHD driving

1. Turn the bucket up to the transport position.

2. Place the shift lever at the required speed, use the high-speed gear when driving, and the low-speed gear when loading.

3. Turn on the parking brake switch.

4. Slowly press the forward and backward pedal of the foot control valve to make the scraper start at the selected speed and required direction. When the left pedal is pressed, the scraper moves forward, and when the right pedal is pressed, the scraper moves backward.
