1. There shall be obvious signs at the lifting position of underground internal combustion LHD.

2. Eye catching safety signs to prevent personal accidents shall be set at the articulation of boom and front and rear frames, which shall comply with the provisions of GB 2894. A safety link shall be installed at the hinge of the frame.

3. The pipelines (or lines) of oil, water and gas systems shall be arranged orderly and reasonably, and all connections shall be sealed tightly and firmly without leakage.

4. The control system, steering mechanism and braking device shall operate flexibly and reliably. All operating parts shall have obvious indication signs, and the control force shall meet the regulations.

5. All instruments shall have obvious functions or metering signs, and the arrangement of instruments shall be convenient for observation.

6. The LHD shall be equipped with reliable working braking, parking braking and emergency braking devices. When the driving speed is 8km / h, the working braking distance shall be less than 2.5m. When parking and braking, there shall be no sliding on the slope of 1:5.

7. The transmission of the scraper shall be stable without overheating and stagnation.

8. The noise of the whole machine shall comply with the provisions of safety regulations for metallurgical underground mines.

9. The internal combustion LHD shall be equipped with external lighting and signal devices. The cab shall have good vision and working environment, and shall be equipped with safety frame.

10. The LHD shall be equipped with fire extinguishing devices (such as fire extinguishers).

11. The electrical equipment of LHD shall comply with gb4064. The electric scraper body shall be provided with grounding protection measures, and the insulation resistance of the main circuit to the ground shall meet the requirements.

12. The cable winding device of the electric scraper shall ensure that the cable winding is synchronized with the operation of the scraper. The trailing cable shall have terminal protection and comply with the provisions of GB 12972.1.

13. In addition to the concentration of harmful components in the exhaust of internal combustion LHD shall meet the regulations, it shall also be equipped with exhaust purification device.

Determination of safety requirements and measures for LHD

1. The arrangement, operating force and stroke of the joystick shall be measured according to the provisions of 5.4.1 in JB / T # 5501-91.

2. The performance of service braking and parking braking shall be measured according to the provisions of 5.3.4 in JB / T # 5501-91.

3. The visual field and lighting of the cab shall be measured according to the provisions of 5.4.2 in JB / T # 5501-91.

4. The noise shall be measured according to the provisions of GB} 3768.

5. Judgment of tightness of oil circuit system. After the tested parts idle for 60min and test run under rated load for 30min, observe the dynamic and static seals: - the oil seeps along the joint gap, which is oil leakage—— If the oil seeps into drops or flows to the lower part, bottom or ground of the machine body, it is oil leakage.

6. The measurement of boom cylinder settlement (representing its internal leakage characteristics) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.2.3 in JB / T # 5501-9l.
